In March, at the beginning of the pandemic, a group of families on Dunnell Road got together and decided to let their kids play together. Most kids were inside, and many had no social interaction. The kids on Dunnell ran through backyards, built forts, and had water balloon fights. While the kids played, the parents shopped for one another and made sure everyone was ok. They did their best to get by. It’s a story of resilience, community, childhood.
